Borsa Dimitra is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and a top graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the same university and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. Dr. Xarikleia Xristakou is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. She completed her studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She began her clinical and research career in the Endocrinology Department of the First Internal Medicine Clinic at Laiko Hospital in Athens and at the Endocrinology and Metabolism Unit of the Ευγενίδειο Therapeutic Institute, with a special interest in disorders of female reproduction and metabolism. She was awarded the title of Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2014. Subsequently, she specialized at the First University Pediatric Clinic of the "Agia Sofia" Children’s Hospital, focusing on Pediatric Endocrinology. She continued and completed her specialization in Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolism at the First Propaedeutic and Internal Medicine Clinic of Laiko Hospital. She is the author of scientific articles in reputable Greek and international journals and has contributed to the authorship of Greek and international scientific textbooks on Endocrinology. Additionally, she has participated as a speaker at Greek and international conferences. Since January 2022, she has been an academic fellow at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she has been involved in clinical and teaching activities. Furthermore, as a member of the interdisciplinary team at the Center of Excellence for Neuroendocrine Diseases at the University of Athens at Laiko Hospital, she actively participates in Medical Board meetings, where interesting patient cases are discussed with the aim of accurate diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients with neuroendocrine diseases. Grigoriou Vasiliki (Valia) is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, a graduate of Harokopio University and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow. She operates private practices in Kolonaki and Thrakomakedones and directs the Model Dietetic Center "Nutricenter". She is the scientific head of nutrition at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital and an external collaborator at Hygeia Hospital, specializing in oncological nutrition (gastrointestinal, lung, gynecological cancers) and reconstructive cases. She also has significant experience in bariatric cases, having collaborated with distinguished physicians such as Surgeon Konstantinos Albanopoulos and Plastic Surgeon Nektarios Ntountoulakis. Since early 2025, she has been active in the field of sports nutrition, supporting the Hellenic Olympic Rowing Federation. Additionally, she conducts nutrition seminars for employees at companies such as Nutricia, Danaos Shipping, Inditex, etc. Moreover, the specialist has extensive teaching experience, having worked for years in public and private IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training). Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians, actively participates in conferences, and is involved in print and electronic media, promoting the science of Nutrition with scientific credibility.  

Dr. Alevizos Alevizos is a General Practitioner/Family Physician (GP/FM) who owns and manages two private medical practices in Piraeus and Thrakomakedones in the Athens wide metropolitan area. He holds a degree in Medicine from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with postgraduate training in diabetes from Harvard Medical School in the USA. He completed his residency in General and Family Medicine at "Tzaneio" General Hospital of Piraeus.

He has served as the medical scientific director for the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and has also served as a Health Consultant for the Hellenic Cardiological Foundation.

Since the legalization of Medical Cannabis in Greece, he has been a pioneer in assisting patients with various ailments and medical conditions providing up-to-date medical care, substantially fulfilling unmet patients needs.

He is a certified medical cannabis specialist and prescriber.

Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis on the subject of ultrasound assessment of hemodynamic status of Intensive Care Unit patients. He has contributed to the scientific literature by publishing articles in peer-reviewed, high-profile journals and by presenting his work in international conferences (ISICEM, ESICM).

Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Currently, apart from private practice, he is employed as an Intensive Care Medicine specialist in the Intensive Care Unit of Athens Medical Centre.
