Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. She has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition, exercise, obesity, and psychological support. Her guiding principle is always nutritional and psychological support as well as a holistic and individualized approach for each person, taking into account their desires and lifestyle. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietetic and Nutrition Association.

Kristi Magnisali is a specialist Cardiologist, graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with extensive and high-level scientific training in Internal Pathology and Cardiology. Her specialization was completed at leading tertiary care hospitals in Germany, including the University Hospital of Cologne (Uniklinik Köln) and the University Hospital of Düsseldorf (Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf), where she was trained in all modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods of Cardiology, with particular emphasis on Interventional Cardiology, Intensive Care, and Arrhythmology.

After completing her specialty, she served as a Specialist Cardiologist at the University Hospital of Düsseldorf, undertaking increased clinical and scientific responsibilities, including leadership of the Arrhythmia Clinic and supervision of the Echocardiography Laboratory. As part of her ongoing scientific development, she further specialized in the latest ultrasound techniques, such as dynamic echocardiography (stress echocardiography) with pharmacological stress and transesophageal echocardiography, significantly enhancing diagnostic accuracy in the investigation of complex cardiological diseases.

Possessing significant clinical and scientific work, she currently serves as an Attending Cardiologist at Metropolitan Hospital, integrated within the Clinic of Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Pacemaker Therapy, while simultaneously acting as a Scientific Collaborator at the 2nd University Clinic of the Children's Hospital “Aghia Sophia Kyriakou,” where she is active in the specialized field of Pediatric Cardiology, focusing on the diagnosis, monitoring, and management of congenital and acquired pediatric heart diseases.

Iliana Papadopoulou is a clinical dietitian-nutritionist with ten years of experience in clinical cases, which she acquired in major hospitals in the United Kingdom. Over the past four years, she has worked exclusively in one of the largest nephrology departments at Manchester Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom, where she managed a broad range of patients with kidney diseases, supervised, and was the responsible dietitian in dialysis centers. She is recognized as a certified dietitian meeting the requirements set by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom and is a member of both the British and Greek Dietetic Associations. Iliana maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. Her primary focus is the nutritional assessment of patients and the provision of nutritional education and guidance by offering personalized dietary programs based on their needs using evidence-based practice. She specializes in kidney diseases and also provides services for other clinical conditions such as gastroenterological and hepatic disorders, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, eating disorders, food intolerances, nutrition across life stages, and particularly in the elderly. Her office also offers body composition analysis and bioelectrical impedance measurement using the globally recognized and accurate Tanita analyzer. Additionally, she provides the capability for immediate communication with patients through a dedicated mobile application.

Deligiannis Georgios MD, MSc is a Specialist Cardiologist with specialized knowledge and experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular diseases. He maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He is an associate at the Marousi Medical Center, in the Electrophysiology and Pacemaker Laboratory, with a particular focus on arrhythmias and implantable devices.

He completed his specialty training at the 1st University Cardiological Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA, and he is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a Master's degree from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, specializing in ultrasound and functional imaging for the prevention and diagnosis of vascular diseases.

He has specialized in the latest cardiac ultrasound techniques (transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, Doppler, 3D, Stress echo) at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio - Benakeio".

He has a particular scientific interest in the latest echocardiographic techniques, arrhythmias, and pacing, providing modern and personalized services aimed at optimal patient care.

Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. In the past, she served as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at a Nutrition and Aesthetics Center and completed her internship in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Korgialeneio-Benakio General Hospital (Red Cross). Currently, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with a Nursery School providing nutritional services as well as with a Wellness and Care Center.
