In the current era, as demands increase and daily life becomes increasingly complex, more and more individuals find themselves needing to explore deeper emotions and justify unconscious motives and behaviors that trouble them; in this effort, the professional therapist serves as a companion. The protective framework created with empathy and trust enables the client to cope with and become aware of their fears and anxieties. As a result, by speaking with a healthcare professional using combined therapeutic approaches, new representations are formed, granting the capacity to receive help and alleviate the psychological symptoms that trouble them, improving quality of life with new values and perspectives...
