Ο Κατράπας Παναγιώτης είναι Ειδικός Καρδιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Νέο Κόσμο και στη Γλυφάδα, ενώ παράλληλα παρέχει τις ιατρικές του υπηρεσίες στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αττικής. Είναι απόφοιτος ιατρικής και ειδικευθείς στο Γ.Ν. Ασκληπιείο της Βούλας. Για αρκετά χρόνια εργάστηκε στο ίδιο νοσοκομείο ως Καρδιολόγος στο ιατρείο Καρδιακής Ανεπάρκειας και στο ιατρείο Υπέρτασης ενώ, παράλληλα, διετέλεσε συνερευνητής στο τμήμα κλινικών μελετών της καρδιολογικής κλινικής του νοσοκομείου. Διαθέτει εμπειρία και εξειδικεύεται στην υπερηχοκαρδιολογία, στην κλινική καρδιολογία καθώς και στην πνευμονική υπέρταση.
