Συνέχισε κατόπιν,στα πλαίσια της ειδίκευσής του, στο Τμήμα Αγγειοχειρουργικής του Γ.Ν.Α ΚΑΤ όπου συμμετείχε σε μείζονες και ελάσσονες αγγειοχειρουργικές επεμβάσεις με έμφαση στην αποκατάσταση τραυματισμών περιφερικών αγγείων στο επείγον ορθοπαιδικό τραύμα. Εν συνεχεία επέστρεψε στο Γ.Ν Ασκληπιείο Βούλας όπου και ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή του στην Ορθοπαιδική Χειρουργική. Ο ιατρός έχει εργαστεί ως ιατρός αγώνων ποδοσφαίρου και καλαθοσφαίρισης σε πρωταθλήματα του νομού Αττικής ως μέλος της ΑΘΛΕΤΙΑ (Αθλητιατρική Εταιρεία Ιατρών Αγώνων). Ο ιατρός είναι κάτοχος του ATLS(AdvancedTraumaLifeSupport),έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολυάριθμα συνέδρια του εσωτερικού και του εξωτερικού όπου υπήρξε και ομιλητής. Eπίσης έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολλαπλά επιστημονικά σεμινάρια, συνέδρια και courses Ορθοπαιδικής Χειρουργικής σε μια διαρκή προσπάθεια εξέλιξης και ενημέρωσης γύρω από τα νεότερα και πιο έγκυρα δεδομένα στον τομέα της ορθοπαιδικής. Παράλληλα, είναι εκπαιδευτής νέων συναδέλφων του σε πολλά Courses του εξωτερικού και του εσωτερικού.

Karalaios Nikolaos V. is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Larissa. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his orthopedic residency at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, concurrently receiving training in the Microsurgery - Upper Limb Surgery and Pediatric Orthopedics departments. Additionally, he was awarded a scholarship by the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology for further training in Shoulder and Elbow Arthroscopic Surgery at the University Hospital of Milano Humanitas under Professor Alessandro Castagna. Stathopoulos Ioannis MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Ilioupoli. He is a graduate and PhD candidate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and he obtained a postgraduate degree in Metabolic Bone Diseases from the same university. He works as an Attending Orthopedic Surgeon in the Emergency Department of the Athens Medical Center in Marousi and concurrently collaborates with the Joint Reconstruction Clinic at the Athens Medical Center. His specialization focuses on total hip and knee arthroplasties, trauma, and osteoporosis. He has a substantial body of published work in both international and Greek scientific journals and books and has served as a reviewer for scientific articles in international journals. He closely follows advancements in his field and has participated in numerous conferences and seminars, many of which he attended as a speaker. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Osteoporosis Foundation, the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology, and the Hellenic Society for Bone Metabolism Research.
