Following an 8-year training period in Germany (2009 - 2016) at one of the leading arthroscopic surgery centers (Sportklinik - Stuttgart), he now maintains private practices in Vrilissia and Marousi and concurrently serves as an Attending Physician at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at Hygeia Hospital. In 2016, he obtained the sports medicine specialization title in Germany, as well as certification in arthroscopic surgery. Additionally, he is trained and certified in musculoskeletal ultrasonography.

PHYSIOSTEPS - Karydis Nikolaos is a modern physiotherapy center located in Nea Kifisia, founded and scientifically directed by Physiotherapist Nikolaos Karydis. His involvement in sports as a member of the National Equestrian Team highlighted both the necessity of injury prevention and the comprehensive rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. After completing his studies at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the University of Athens, he continued his education at the Physiotherapy Department of Charles University in the Czech Republic, where he graduated with honors.
