His initial postgraduate training was completed at the University Orthopedic Clinic of the renowned Rizzoli Hospital in Bologna, Italy, specializing in arthroplasty surgery. Kakavas Pindaros is an Orthopedic Surgeon at the Athens Medical Center, Chief Physician of the AEK F.C. Football Academy, and maintains a private practice in Neo Psychiko.
