Stathellis Apostolos MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, elbow, and ankle, as well as sports injuries. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Ulm in Germany. He specializes in hip and knee arthroplasties, shoulder and knee arthroscopies, and traumatology. Throughout his career, he has worked in numerous hospitals and clinics, including the Attikon General Hospital KAT and the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," managing conditions such as sports injuries, sciatica, fractures, low back pain, osteoarthritis, osteosynthesis, scoliosis, and spinal stenosis. Additionally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery & Traumatology, and the Hellenic Osteoporosis Foundation.
