Ο Αγγειοχειρουργός Dr. Μπαζίγος Γεράσιμος είναι Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στις Αχαρνές και την Ραφήνα. Αποφοίτησε το 2000 από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου «BRESCIA» της Ιταλίας με γενικό βαθμό πτυχίου «Άριστα». Το 2001 απέκτησε άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος στην Ιταλία έπειτα από μεταπτυχιακή εκπαίδευση στο «Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο BRESCIA» της Ιταλίας. Τον Ιούλιο του 2007 απέκτησε την ειδικότητα της Γενικής Χειρουργικής στην Α’ Χειρουργική Κλινική (2004 - 2007) του νοσοκομείου «Ν.Ι.Μ.Τ.Σ. Αθηνών». Στη συνέχεια, εξειδικεύτηκε για 4 έτη στην Αγγειακή και Ενδαγγειακή Χειρουργική, για την απόκτηση της ειδικότητας της Αγγειοχειρουργικής, στο «Γ.Ν.Α. Σισμανόγλειο» (2009 - 2013). Από το 2012 είναι κάτοχος Διακρατικού Μεταπτυχιακού Τίτλου σπουδών (ΜSc) με βαθμό «Άριστα», με αντικείμενο στις «Ενδαγγειακές Τεχνικές» στην Αγγειοχειρουργική, της Ιατρικής Σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών» και του «Πανεπιστημίου Bicocca» του Μιλάνο. Από το 2015 είναι κάτοχος διδακτορικού μετά την υποβολή της διδακτορικής του διατριβής (PhD) με τίτλο: «Επίδραση αντιοξειδωτικών και αντιφλεγμονωδών ουσιών και συνδυασμός αυτών σε κατάσταση ισχαιμίας - επαναιμάτωσης άνω μεσεντερίου αρτηρίας, στους νεφρούς», της Ιατρικής Σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών». Πειραματική μελέτη σε επίμυες η οποία αξιολογήθηκε με «Άριστα» και αναγόρευση σε διδάκτορα (Dr) της Ιατρικής σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών». Είναι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στα νοσοκομεία «ΕΥΓΕΝΙΔΕΙΟ ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ», «HOSPITALITY CLINIC», «ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ» και «ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ». Έχει εξειδίκευση στην διαχείριση και θεραπεία της καρωτιδικής νόσου, των ανευρυσμάτων της κοιλιακής αορτής και της περιφερικής αρτηριοπάθειας των κάτω άκρων και στην χειρουργική των φλεβών και την αποκατάσταση τους, μετά από εμφάνιση κιρσών και ευρυαγγειών, τόσο με την κλασική όσο και την ενδαγγειακή χειρουργική. Από το 2013 δραστηριοποιείται στον ιδιωτικό τομέα. Είναι πλήρες μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Αγγειοχειρουργικής Εταιρείας και πάρεδρο μέλος της Ελληνικής Αγγειοχειρουργικής Εταιρείας.

Georgios Xatzantonis is a vascular surgeon-endovascular surgeon. He trained at one of the largest centers for diabetic foot management and vascular access (fistula) in Germany and specializes in innovative endovascular techniques, having performed over 2,000 related procedures on hemodialysis patients in Germany and Greece. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.

Aleksandropoulos Dimitrios is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with private practices in Patras and Aigio. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the inter-university Master's program in "Endovascular Techniques" from the same institution. Kakogianni Vasiliki is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains private clinics in Marousi, Keratsini, and Menidi. She holds a postgraduate degree in "Endovascular Techniques" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras. Tziogios Konstantinos is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a PhD and a degree from the University of Rome and is specialized in endovascular arterial surgery, endovascular venous surgery, and telangiectasias. Furthermore, the doctor has extensive experience in the painless removal of unsightly varicose veins using the new 1470 nm laser and the revolutionary radial fiber, carotid artery stenosis repair, restoration of circulation in the upper and lower limbs, and the removal of aneurysms of the abdominal aorta, iliac, femoral, and popliteal arteries. Markatis Fotis MD, PhD, FACS is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains private practices in Peristeri and Glyfada. He holds a doctorate and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he holds the "Basic Surgical Skills" Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of the United Kingdom and, since 2018, he has held the title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, which was awarded to him in Boston, USA. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, has extensive teaching and publishing activity, and has published original research papers in Greek and international scientific journals. Finally, he is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Medical Association of Marseille, the British Medical Association, and the European Society for Vascular Surgery.

Samara Nikolaos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains private practices, while also serving as an associate with Metropolitan General Hospital, Athens Bioclinic, Doctors Hospital, and "Mitera" Hospital. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate degree in "Endovascular Techniques in the Management of Vascular Diseases" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with the University of Milano - Bicocca. He specialized in Vascular Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the General Hospital of Athens "Elpis." Xristodoulakis Dimitrios is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Pallini. He holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specializes in endovascular vein surgery and is the first physician in Greece to apply radiofrequency (RF) for the occlusion of the great and small saphenous veins in chronic venous insufficiency (varicose veins - Venous Disease). Currently, he is a scientific collaborator at the vascular surgery clinic of "Bioclinic of Athens" and "Iaso General," and he is a member of numerous associations, including the Hellenic Society of Angiology - Phlebology and Vascular Surgery. Finally, he has presented selected papers at medical conferences and has authored 62 publications both in Greece and internationally.

Makris Sotirios is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains his private practice in Ilion. Following the completion of his specialty training, he served from 2008 to 2012 as a vascular surgery registrar at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Attica KAT, having performed a large number of limb revascularization procedures following injuries, as well as vascular surgical operations utilizing modern endovascular techniques. He holds an international postgraduate degree from Bicocca University Milan, specializing in contemporary endovascular techniques in Vascular Surgery. He underwent training in the use of vascular ultrasounds (vascular triplex) at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the University of Athens and is certified by the Ministry of Health for their application in insured patients. He received further training in microsurgery and its applications in vascular surgery, specifically in vascular injuries due to trauma and sports injuries. He has participated in numerous vascular injury surgeries and limb revascularizations following partial or complete vessel transection. He has also completed advanced training in vascular surgery clinics in Germany and the Netherlands. He has participated in and presented scientific studies at conferences both in Greece and internationally, and has a significant body of written work with numerous publications in Greek and international scientific journals. He is currently pursuing a doctoral thesis at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the University of Athens.

Doundoulakis Konstantinos is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Ilisia. He graduated from the Medical School of Health Sciences at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Vascular Surgery under the Medical Association of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. He trained as a General Surgery Surgeon at the General Hospital of Piraeus, Tzaneio, and specialized in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery at Ludmillenstift Krankenhaus Meppen. From 2020 to 2024, he served as a Consultant in the First Vascular Surgery Clinic at the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital, where he currently holds the position of Deputy Director. Ksiromeritis Konstantinos MD, MSc, PhD is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with private practices in Ilisia and Cholargos. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his specialty training in Vascular Surgery at the First Surgical Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Hospital "Laiko." Dr. Ksiromeritis received further training at the University of Munich as a specialized vascular surgeon at the Klinik für Gefäßchirurgie, Klinikum rechts der Isar der Technischen Universität München. Barbaressos Emmanouil MD, MSc, PhDc is a Vascular Surgeon with extensive experience in both traditional vascular and modern endovascular surgery. He maintains a private practice within the Top Meds Private Multiclinic in Nea Smyrni. He is a graduate of the University of Patras and completed his training at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," where he subsequently worked as an assistant vascular surgeon. He received further training in the United Kingdom at St. George’s University Hospital, covering trauma and aortic disease centers in Southwest London. As part of his concurrent teaching responsibilities, he was awarded the title of unpaid Clinical Lecturer by St George’s University of London. Upon returning to Greece, he worked as an assistant vascular surgeon at the University General Hospital of Patras. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Patras and holds two Master’s degrees. He possesses a license to perform Vascular Ultrasound (Triplex) and continues his scientific work through participation in clinical studies, the authorship of scientific articles, and presentations at vascular surgery conferences.
