Από την πρώτη στιγμή μου δημιούργησε την εντύπωση ενός ανθρώπου που δουλεύει με σοβαρότητα και ενδιαφέρον για τον κάθε άνθρωπο ξεχωριστά. Σταδιακά, με τον δικό της τρόπο, με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα και ασφαλής να εκφραστώ. Με άκουγε με προσοχή, χωρίς κριτική και έδειχνε ουσιαστική ενσυναίσθηση. Οι ερωτήσεις της με βοήθησαν να δω πιο καθαρά κάποια πράγματα, ενώ ένιωσα σεβασμό και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον. Εκτίμησα επίσης τη συνέπεια και τον επαγγελματισμό της, καθώς και το ότι θυμόταν λεπτομέρειες από προηγούμενες συνεδρίες.
