Η κριτική μου δεν αφορά στις ικανότητες του ιατρού, καθώς δεν τις γνωρίζω, αλλά στην ασυνέπεια που υπήρξε στο ραντεβού μου. Με το που φτάνω στο ραντεβού (στην ώρα μου) με ενημερώνουν πως θα υπάρξει καθυστέρηση μισής ώρας. Δέχτηκα να περιμένω καθώς μπορεί να συμβεί στον οποιονδήποτε. Μετά από μια ώρα αναμονής εντέλει, έφυγα. Θεωρώ πως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει καλύτερη διαχείριση όσον αφορά αυτο το θέμα γιατί μπορεί ο άλλος να διαθέτει περιορισμένο χρόνο, και μια τέτοια αντιμετώπιση δείχνει έλλειψη σεβασμού. Θα είχα προτιμήσει να με ενημέρωναν τηλεφωνικώς εκ των προτέρων ώστε να μην έχανα κι εγώ το χρόνο μου.

Θα θέλαμε αρχικά να σας ευχαριστήσουμε για τον χρόνο που διαθέσατε για να γράψετε λίγα λόγια για εμάς καθώς η κριτική σας μας βοηθάει να γίνουμε καλύτεροι. Τη συγκεκριμένη ημέρα από κάποια δυσλειτουργία του συστήματος κλεισίματος των ραντεβού το δικό σας μπήκε ταυτόχρονα με κάποιο άλλο ( θέμα άλλωστε για το οποίο σας ενημερώσαμε κατά την άφιξη σας) και ο χρόνος αναμονής ήταν μεγαλύτερος από αυτόν που υπολογίσαμε. Δείξαμε επίσης εν συνεχεία τη διάθεση μας να σας αποζημιώσουμε με κάποιο τρόπο για την ταλαιπωρία σας αλλά αυτό δεν κατέστη εφικτό καθώς υπήρχε κάποιο θέμα με το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας σας. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την κατανόηση και είμαστε στη διάθεσή σας για να αντιμετωπίσουμε μαζί οποιοδήποτε θέμα αφορά στη στοματική σας υγεία όπως κανουμε πάντα με σεβασμό στις ανάγκες των ασθενών μας.
