Είμαι κάτοχος Πανεπιστημιακού τίτλου φυσικοθεραπείας από το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας, μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος στην Κινησιολογία από το Τ.Ε.Φ.Α.Α Σερρών τμήμα του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, με εξειδίκευση στην ανάλυση και τον προγραμματισμό της ανθρώπινης κίνησης.

Φοίτησα επίσης στο τμήμα Επιστήμης Φυσικής Αγωγής και Αθλητισμού στο Δημοκρίτειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θράκης.

Κάτοχος του Διπλώματος Manual Therapy της H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) και της μηχανικής διάγνωσης και θεραπείας McKenzie από το Hellenic Institute.

Παράλληλα παρακολούθησα σεμινάρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, και παρευρέθηκα σε δεκάδες επιστημονικές ημερίδες και συνέδρια.

Λόγω της επιστημονικής μου εξειδίκευσης είμαι συχνά προσκεκλημένος ομιλητής στο Τ.Ε.Φ.Α.Α Θεσσαλονίκης και διδάσκω τα μαθήματα Τεχνικές Χειροθεραπείας (Manual Therapy) και Core Stability.

Εργάστηκα στο Formula Medicine Ιταλία για την προετοιμασία και αποκατάσταση αθλητών υψηλού επιπέδου (Volley, Ski, ποδόσφαιρο, Basket, κολύμβηση) και με οδηγούς αγώνων από Formula 4 έως Formula 2.
