Kotzamani Kallia is a Physiotherapist and has operated a private physiotherapy clinic in Hymettus since 2001. She holds a degree from the School of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Her postgraduate studies focused on Lymphedema Physiotherapy and were completed at the Földiklinik in Freiburg, Germany, the first specialized clinic established for the management of lymphedemas. Since 2001, Ms. Kotzamani has been running her physiotherapy clinic in Hymettus, possessing the knowledge and capability to treat cases such as musculoskeletal disorder rehabilitation, as well as neuromuscular disorder rehabilitation. Beyond these areas, her specialized knowledge and experience in managing lymphedemas enable her to diagnose and treat any related issue effectively.

At the TheraCare Physiotherapy Center, our goal is to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal physiotherapy services. Utilizing modern methods and techniques, we aim for patients to regain their mobility, relieve their pain, and improve their functionality and quality of life. From the initial assessment to personalized treatment, the therapeutic program is designed based on the individual needs of each patient. Treatments include mobilization and strengthening methods, both through the use of physical modalities as well as manual therapy techniques. Welcome to my profile. My name is Lydia Felah, and I am a Physiotherapist (MSc) specializing in Chronic Pain Management and Biomedical Acupuncture.

At our center, AcuPhysio in Ilioupoli, we don't just treat symptoms. We combine scientific knowledge (Clinical Physiotherapy) with specialized techniques (Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Shockwave, Tecar) to identify and treat the root cause of the problem.

My goal is immediate relief, functional rehabilitation, and your safe return to daily activities. I undertake cases involving musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, cervical syndrome, lower back pain, and foot pathologies (custom orthotic insoles).

Tzaninis Vasilis is a Physiotherapist who provides home visits. He is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica. He has significant experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. He specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions (Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.), postoperative rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, sports injuries, and migraines.

Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Karousos Aleksandros Kai Synergates has been engaged in physiotherapy since 1998 and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Evosmos, Thessaloniki (contracted with EOPYY). His extensive studies both within and outside Greece, combined with his postgraduate education and many years of experience in orthopedic and neurological cases, enable him to successfully manage very difficult and complex cases with very high success rates in their rehabilitation. Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. He focuses on the overall improvement of functionality, mobility, and quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices, modern rehabilitation methods, and continuous professional development. He is distinguished by effective communication, empathy, and his ability to empower patients of all ages through prevention, education, and support in self-managing their symptoms.

Ioannis Taxoulas is a Physiotherapist and operates a modern Physiotherapy Center in Larissa. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed his practical training at the University Hospital of Rio. Physiotherapy is applied in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal system disorders and injuries, neurological conditions, and respiratory diseases. The conditions treated at the physiotherapy center are managed using the most advanced methods and include orthopedic conditions such as cervical syndrome, low back pain - sciatica, shoulder and knee disorders and injuries, disc herniations, rheumatologic diseases, sprains, sports injuries, fractures, tendinitis, and overuse syndromes. Additionally, neurological conditions are treated, including stroke, multiple sclerosis, hemiplegia - tetraplegia, Parkinson's disease, nerve palsies, and cranio-cerebral injuries. Kosmas Anargyros is a Physiotherapist and operates his physiotherapy clinic in Kolonos. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Higher Technical Vocational Institute of Patras - Aegean Branch. In his pleasant and fully equipped facility, a wide range of conditions are treated using modern techniques and methods. Beyond physiotherapeutic assessment and rehabilitation, the physiotherapist specializes in sports injuries and neurological rehabilitation. He has been providing contemporary and high-quality physiotherapy services at his private practice in Kolonos since 2015 to the present.

Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Her goal is the management and treatment of acute and chronic pain through a holistic and individualized physiotherapeutic approach. He received training in the Chinese Method and Acupuncture at the Physiotherapy Department of the Postgraduate Training Center of the National Sports Academy of Sofia. Additionally, he holds a diploma in the McKenzie Method for mechanical diagnosis and therapy, a diploma in Sujok Therapy from the Medicum College Free Studies Laboratory, and a diploma in manual Neurotherapy and Visceral Mobilization. He has worked as a laboratory associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, as an educator at the 1st Public IEK Thessaloniki, and as a Physiotherapist at the Hellenic Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Children in Thessaloniki. Finally, he regularly attends numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούταν αποκλειστικά στον τομέα των κατ’ οίκον θεραπειών προσφέροντας εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα με στόχο την ασφαλή και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση στο οικείο περιβάλλον του ασθενούς. Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων στον τομέα των μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων και της σύγχρονης φυσικοθεραπευτικής προσέγγισης ενώ έχει εκπαιδευτεί και στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο πρόγραμμα πρόληψης πτώσεων για την τρίτη ηλικία, Otago. Επίσης είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών (ΠΣΦ). Η θεραπευτική του προσέγγιση είναι ανθρωποκεντρική και βασίζεται σε τεκμηριωμένες επιστημονικές πρακτικές σύμφωνα με τις σύγχρονες διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες.
