My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

Authinos Konstantinos My Physio, PT, MSc, is a Physiotherapist with a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Medical School of Semmelweis University in Budapest and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. Lavda Laskarina is the owner and scientific director of the Physiotherapy Center "Therafit", which has been operating since 2003 in Ilion. Lavda Laskarina is a physiotherapist, graduate of the A.T.E.I. Lamia.
