I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Physiospecialists - Lourida Antonia is a Physiotherapist and has operated a private physiotherapy clinic in Zephyri since 2005. She graduated from the Athens University of Applied Sciences in 1995. She has specialized in incontinence and pelvic pain therapies, as well as in upper limb rehabilitation (hand therapy). Ksenofon Xatzisarantos is a Physiotherapist and runs a private clinic in Anoixi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and has undergone further training in manual therapy with techniques based on hands-on treatment. During his career, he has worked at the physiotherapy center "IASIS," at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, as a Physiotherapist for the National Fencing Team of the "Paradeisos Marousiou" Club, and as a Coordinator in the Fencing Department at the Olympic Games. Ο Γεωργόπουλος Χρήστος είναι Φυσικοθεραπευτής και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά κέντρα φυσικοθεραπείας από το 2009, έχοντας αναλάβει περισσότερους από 11000 ασθενείς, στην Καλλιθέα, στο Περιστέρι και στη Νίκαια. Είναι ιδρυτής των φυσικοθεραπευτηρίων στην Καλλιθέα και στη Νίκαια Αττικής (2017 και 2019 αντίστοιχα), συνεχίζοντας το όραμα παροχής μιας συνεχώς εξελισσόμενης θεραπείας που ξεκίνησε με το φυσικοθεραπευτήριο ΕΞΕΛΙΞΗ στο Περιστέρι, το οποίο ίδρυσε μαζί με τον κύριο Φουφόπουλο Νικόλαο το 2010. Όντας τελειόφοιτος Διδάκτωρ το 2019 εξετάστηκε στις Πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις για την εισαγωγή στην Τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση και εισήχθη στο τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών ΕΚΠΑ (βαθμολογία 19,6). Το Νοέμβριο του 2023 ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική του διατριβή και ορκίστηκε Διδάκτωρ του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει 18 δημοσιεύσεις σε περιοδικά και συνέδρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε 11 σεμινάρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε περισσότερα από 27 συνέδρια και έχει αναλάβει περισσότερα από 11.000 περιστατικά. Ο κ.
