Athanasia Pagoni MD, MSc, PhDc is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive experience in the field of pediatrics and obstetric care, having worked for five years at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," and since 2022, she has continued her professional career at the Maternity Hospital "Mitera." She has been an active member of the Athens Medical Association since 2012 and approaches her work with dedication, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility towards her patients.

Dimitriou Katerina is a Pediatrician specializing in neonatology with many years of experience in major hospitals, while maintaining a private practice in Spata. For the past 15 years, she has been a Consultant in the Neonatal Premature Unit at Iaso Maternity Hospital. She advocates for preventive medicine and, beyond growth monitoring and vaccination, she is particularly interested in children's nutrition, considering it very important for health and the prevention of degenerative diseases. Moraitis Panagiotis is a Pediatrician who maintains his private practice in Neos Kosmos. He holds a medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Sofia Genitsaridi is a pediatrician with a private practice based in Glyfada, Athens. She graduated from the School of Medicine of the University of Patras.

The research was conducted at the Weight Management Center of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital.

Dr. Genitsaridi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Pediatrics – Clinical Practice and Research, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed with distinction.

She worked as a scientific associate at the University Pediatric Clinic in Mainz, Germany, gaining valuable international clinical experience. Upon returning to Greece, she completed her pediatric specialization at the 1st University Pediatric Clinic of “Aghia Sophia” Children's Hospital, where she was trained in diagnosing and managing a wide range of common and rare pediatric conditions. She successfully passed the national board certification exams in Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Genitsaridi works as a Scientific Associate at the Pediatric Obesity Center, part of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st University Pediatric Clinic at “Aghia Sophia” Hospital, and serves as an Attending Pediatrician at the Athens Euroclinic for Children.

She has actively participated in numerous national and international pediatric congresses as both an attendee and invited speaker. Her academic portfolio includes multiple publications in peer-reviewed international medical journals. Georgios Kaniouras is a Pediatrician with a private practice in Gkyzis. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Padua and a postgraduate degree in "Pediatric Nutrition" from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his specialty training in Pediatrics at the 3rd Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital "Attikon," while also undertaking training at major hospitals in Greece and Italy.
