Ο Χρήστος Κατσούλης είναι Στρατιωτικός Ιατρός, Ειδικός Παθολόγος - Διαβητολόγος. Έχει υπηρετήσει επί σειρά ετών σε μονάδες εκστρατείας των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων, επιτελώντας διοικητικό και επιτελικό έργο ταυτόχρονα με το ιατρικό.
