Dr. Iliopoulou Amalia MD, MRCP is an Endocrinologist and Diabetologist, maintaining a private practice in Kolonaki. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens, where she was admitted with a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation due to her excellent performance in the Panhellenic Examinations. Dr. Peirounaki Eleutheria, MD, is an Endocrinologist and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, Germany, with a private practice in Ilioupoli. She is also an External Endocrinology Collaborator at Mitera Hospital. She studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolism at TU Munich University and Duisburg-Essen University in Germany. Kakoulidis Ioannis is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master's degree in "Research in Female Reproduction" from the Medical School of NKUA. Vatalas Ioannis - Anastasios is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, while also serving as an endocrinologist at the National Bank Personnel Health Fund. He holds a PhD in Medicine with distinction from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a medical degree from the same institution. Ο Μαλλιόπουλος Δημοσθένης είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Ηλιούπολη. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων. Επιπλέον, είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης με θέμα "Έρευνα στη γυναικεία αναπαραγωγή" από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών. Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος ενδοκρινολόγος στη Μονάδα Ενδοκρινολογίας, Μεταβολισμού και Διαβήτη της Α’ Παιδιατρικής Κλινικής Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία’", με διευθυντή τον παγκοσμίως γνωστό για το επιστημονικό του έργο Καθηγητή Κο Χρούσο Γεώργιο με τον οποίο συνεργάστηκε στενά το ίδιο διάστημα παρακολουθώντας παιδιά με ενδοκρινοπάθειες στη Μονάδα Ενδοκρινολογίας, Μεταβολισμού και Διαβήτη του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Ευγενίδειο Θεραπευτήριο. Η εκπαίδευση του στην ενδοκρινολογία ολοκληρώθηκε στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική - Διαβητολογικό Κέντρο του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Γ. Γεννηματάς". Κατά την ειδίκευση του εκεί απέκτησε μεγάλη εμπειρία στην παρακολούθηση ασθενών από όλο το φάσμα της ενδοκρινολογίας και κυρίως αυτών με παθήσεις επινεφριδίων και ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης που είναι και το επιστημονικό ενδιαφέρον της συγκεκριμένης κλινικής. Έλαβε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας της ενδοκρινολογίας τον Ιούλιο του 2014. Εργάστηκε επί 4 έτη ως Επιμελητής του Ενδοκρινολογικού Ιατρείου στο Νοσοκομείο ΝΙΜΤΣ. Σε αυτό το διάστημα, έλαβε 6μηνη εκπαίδευση στους υπερήχους θυρεοειδούς στο Αντικαρκινικό - Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο "Μεταξά". Από το 2020 μέχρι σήμερα εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική του 401 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και έχει το βαθμό του Αντισυνταγματάρχη. Prokopiou Maria is an Endocrinologist with private practices in Mavili Square and Gerakas. Η Λάσπα Έλενα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών το 1990. Μετά από γραπτό διαγωνισμό έλαβε και διατήρησε για όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών την υποτροφία του κληροδοτήματος "Αντωνίου Παπαδάκη". Μετά την αποφοίτηση της τον Ιούλιο του 1996 εκπλήρωσε την υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου, στην διάρκεια της οποίας πήρε απόσπαση για τις εφημερίες της στην μονάδα εμφραγμάτων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Πρεβέζης. Εν συνεχεία ειδικεύτηκε για 2 έτη στην παθολογία ως προαπαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση για την κύρια ειδικότητα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στην ειδικότητα της Ενδοκρινολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων υπό τη διεύθυνση του καθηγητή Α.Τσατσούλη. Ολοκλήρωσε το τελευταίο τμήμα της την ειδικότητας στο St.Mary’s Hospital του Λονδίνου, όπου εξειδικέυθηκε στο υπερηχογράφημα τραχήλου και στις καθοδηγούμενες υπερηχογραφικά παρακεντήσεις όζων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Παράλληλα με την κλινική της δραστηριότητα στο Λονδίνο, συμμετείχε σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα μελέτης της μεταβλητότητας παραγόντων κινδύνου για την εμφάνιση διαταραχής ανοχής γλυκόζης και αθηροσκληρωτικής νόσου. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας παρέμεινε επιστημονικά ενεργή με την συμμετοχή της σε έρευνες του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων για τον καρκίνο του θυρεοειδούς, για τις ανάγκες της οποίας ανέλαβε μεγάλο αριθμό παρακεντήσεων όζων θυρεοειδούς. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως κλινικός ερευνητής στην Διεθνή κλινική μελέτη Lantus HOE901/3505: ATLANTUS. Επίσης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων. Το 2015 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Παραθυρεοειδείς αδένες και μεταβολισμός των οστών" στο διαδικτυακό πόνημα "Σύγχρονο εγχειρίδιο Ενδοκρινολογίας". Το 2016 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Pseudohypoparathyroid States" στην Εγκυκλοπαίδεια Ενδοκρινικών Νοσημάτων (Encyclopedia of Endocrine Diseases). Το 2019 ολοκλήρωσε το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα «Health Coach» του Κέντρου Επιμόρφωσης και Δια Βίου Μάθησης του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα το οποίο προσφέρει γνώσεις και εφόδια «προπονητή υγείας» ,ώστε ο ιατρός με μοντέλα ειδικής προσέγγισης και μεθοδολογίας να ενδυναμώσει τον κάθε άνθρωπο να αλλάξει βλαπτικές συνήθειες και συμπεριφορές και να επιτύχει τους στόχους υγείας που θέτει. Dr. Traulos Aleksios, MD, is a Specialist Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Athens. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his specialty training in "Endocrinology - Diabetes - Metabolism" at the University Hospitals "Laiko" and "Alexandra". He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of thyroid disorders, diabetes mellitus (juvenile or type 1, adult or type 2, gestational), and osteoporosis. Specifically, the physician undertakes the implementation of continuous insulin infusion pumps in his practice for the treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Dr. Margeli Theodora studied at the Medical School of the University of Patras, where she also pursued her postgraduate studies and was awarded a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras in 2009. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Endocrinology department of the University Hospital of Patras. Dr. Margeli holds certification for obesity management from the international organization World Obesity Federation. Memi Eleni MD, MSc, PhD is an Endocrinologist who maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni.
