Donta Marialena BSc, MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and conducts online sessions. Her professional journey began with her studies at Harokopio University of Athens, where she acquired fundamental knowledge in the science of Nutrition and Dietetics. Through her academic path, she developed a profound passion for the health sector and subsequently specialized in Clinical Nutrition, completing her postgraduate studies at the same educational institution. During her professional career, she has been trained in managing nutrition-related conditions through practical experience at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and in a private dietetic office. She later collaborated with the gym chain Alterlife and currently works as a freelancer, practicing the profession she loves. Simultaneously, she collaborates with physicians, dietitians, and fitness trainers to provide a holistic and interdisciplinary approach in working with her clients. Specifically, she works with the online platform e-diet of the dietetic office "Thermida" as well as with the online platform Serharis Fitness, which offers online fitness and nutrition services. Nutrition is not a strict diet but a way to care for the body and human health. Her goal is to help each individual develop a balanced relationship with food through practical and realistic dietary choices that fit their lifestyle. In collaboration with each client, emphasis is always placed on personalization, taking into account medical history, daily habits, needs, and personal goals. Together, you will create a nutritional plan that is applicable, flexible, and sustainable, always guided by sound scientific principles.
