Η αρχή της συνεργασίας μας έγινε σε μια πολύ δύσκολη, δυσφορικη και σημαντική φάση της ζωης μου. Σε μια περίοδο έντονου άγχους με βοήθησε να ανακαλύψω και να εξασκησω τα κατάλληλα εργαλεία για να υποστηρίξω την εαυτή μου. Ενιωσα κατανόηση και μου δημιούργησε ένα ασφαλές περιβάλλον για να εκφράσω τους φόβους και τις ανησυχίες μου. Μετά από ένα κοινο παράλληλο ταξίδι βρήκα τα πατήματα μου και ένιωσα ότι μπορούσα να συνεχίσω και μόνη μου, έχοντας πάντα μαζί μου το βαλιτσάκι με ό,τι εξερευνησαμε, μάθαμε, θυμηθήκαμε και μεταμορφωσαμε μαζί!

Μου έσωσε την ζωη. Νιώθεις άνετα μαζί της από την πρώτη στιγμή να μιλήσεις για οτιδήποτε. Με έχει βοηθήσει σε κάθε τομέα της ζωής μου. Από εκεί που ένιωθα βουτηγμένη μέσα στην κατάθλιψη βρήκα ξανά τον εαυτό μου, το χαμόγελο μου και την θέληση να προσπαθώ πάντα για το καλύτερο για μένα. Δεν θα την άλλαζα με τίποτα.

Βοήθησε από την πρώτη στιγμή το πιο σημαντικό δε νιώθεις να σε κρίνει για τίποτα και βρίσκει τροπο να κουμπώνει με τον άνθρωπο που έχει απέναντι της. Νιώθω πως με βοήθησε η αμεσότητα της και ότι δεν ήταν απόμακρη όπως ίσως πολλοί ανθρώποι που κάνουν τη δουλειά αυτή.σας την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η Παναγιώτα είναι άψογη επαγγελματίας. Ασχολείται με τον θεραπευόμενο με προσήλωση και διερευνά σε βάθος το κάθε θέμα. Είναι αναλυτική, ανθρώπινη και έχει μια ιδιαίτερη εγγύτητα ενώ ταυτόχρονα κρατά τις απαραίτητες ισορροπίες. Φαίνεται πως κατέχει το αντικείμενο της και για όλους τους παραπάνω λόγους η θεραπεία αποδίδει με κάθε συνεδρία να είναι βοηθητική.
