Ιωάννη Παλλήκαρη. Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδικότητα της οφθαλμολογίας το 2015 στην Οφθαλμολογική κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Ερυθρός Σταυρός και κατόπιν μετέβη στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες όπου εργάστηκε ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης (Research Fellow) για ένα έτος ως υπότροφος από το Βαρδινογιάννειο Ίδρυμα στην Οφθαλμοπλαστική & Επανορθωτική Χειρουργική βλεφάρων και κόγχου (Oculofacial plastic & reconstructive surgery, orbit and oncology) στο Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Miami, Florida. Το 2016 μετέβη στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο όπου συνέχισε την εξειδίκευση της στην οφθαλμοπλαστική (oculoplastic fellow) στο St. James University Hospital, Leeds NHS Trust αρχικά ως υπότροφος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Ενδοφακών και Διαθλαστικής Χειρουργικής (υποτροφία Γεωργαρά) και εν συνεχεία με έμμισθη θέση και συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή της ως Senior Clinical Fellow Oculoplastics στο Guy’s and St’ Thomas’ Hospital NHS Trust London. Εργάστηκε ως Επιμελήτρια (Locum Consultant) στο Νοσοκομείο Guy’s and St’ Thomas’ του Λονδίνου ενώ από το 2019 κατείχε μόνιμη θέση Consultant Οφθαλμοπλαστικής στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Sheffield. Στο τέλος του 2021 επαναπατρίστηκε και εργάζεται έκτοτε στο Metropolitan Hospital ως Συντονίστρια Διευθύντρια της Β’ Οφθαλμολογικής κλινικής. Τέλος, εξειδικεύεται στη λειτουργική, επανορθωτική και αισθητική χειρουργική βλεφάρων, στη χειρουργική δακρυϊκού συστήματος, στη χειρουργική κόγχου, στην αισθητική οφθαλμολογία (περιοφθαλμική αντιγήρανση) και στη διαθλαστική χειρουργική.
