Zouzoulas Dimitrios MSc, PhD, FEBS-BS, FESGO-EBCOG

Zouzoulas Dimitrios is an Obstetrician - Gynecologist, Oncologist - Mastologist. He maintains a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki and is an affiliated physician at the Medical Interbalkan Center and Genesis Clinic. Concurrently, he holds the position of Academic Fellow in the Gynecologic-Oncology Department and is the head of the Mastology-Oncology Clinic of the 1st Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at Papageorgiou General Hospital. He received advanced training in Gynecologic Oncology [European Society of Gynecological Oncology (ESGO)]. He specialized in Breast Surgery [European Breast Surgeons (FEBS-BS)] and in Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology [Hellenic Society of Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology (HSCCP)]. He is certified in Laparoscopic & Hysteroscopic Surgery [European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ESGE)]. During his specialty training, he worked in the Surgical-Oncology Breast Department at the Oncology Hospital of Thessaloniki "Theageneio" and at the 1st Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Aristotle University at Papageorgiou General Hospital. He holds a Master's degree in "Medical Research Methodology" from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a thesis entitled: "Breast cancer in young women under 35 years old," graduating with Honors, and a PhD from the same university's Medical School on the topic: "Quality of life in patients with gynecological cancer," graduated with Honors and Distinction. He possesses extensive surgical and obstetric experience as well as a significant research and academic portfolio.
