Kalliopi Gkouma - Logotherapy and Special Education BSc, MSc is based in Nea Smyrni. The center's mission is to create a suitably equipped, warm, safe, and pleasant environment for children, adolescents, and their parents. As well-trained therapists in modern scientific methods and continuously educated in new scientific developments, they prevent, assess, and design individualized therapeutic programs with respect for each child and their family. Their tools include speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration, specialized learning rehabilitation, play therapy, psychological support, and parental counseling. Their vision is to improve the quality of life for children and adolescents and to foster self-confidence, joy, and self-realization, as well as to provide informed and supportive assistance to parents and guardians through an honest, collaborative relationship aimed at empowering them. Building on the strengths of children and adolescents, they create scaffolds to overcome cognitive, learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Their tools include speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration, specialized learning rehabilitation, play therapy, psychological support, and parental counseling. Gradually, activities such as music and movement therapy led by a music educator, theatrical play, and other creative group activities, characterized primarily by inclusivity, will be added.
