Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Ο Μεραμβελιωτάκης Εμμανουήλ είναι Γενικός Γιατρός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης. Είναι απόφοιτος της 1ης Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου του Καρόλου στην Πράγα, από όπου αποφοίτησε με βαθμό Λείαν Καλώς. Κατά τη διάρκεια της αναμονής του για την ειδικότητα της Γενικής Ιατρικής, μετακόμισε στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, όπου δούλεψε ως locum ιατρός σε διάφορα νοσοκομεία της χώρας και σε διάφορες ειδικότητες, με τελευταία θέση στο Northern Ireland Cancer Centre, με τον βαθμό του Staff Grade. Την ειδικότητα της Γενικής/Οικογενειακής Ιατρικής την τελείωσε το 2010 στο Βενιζέλειο Νοσοκομείο Ηρακλείου. Από το 2011 μέχρι σήμερα δουλεύει ως Επιμελητής ΕΣΥ στο ΚΥ Μοιρών. Βασικά ενδιαφέροντα πέραν των καθημερινών υποχρεώσεων είναι οι συμπεριφορικές παρεμβάσεις στην Πρωτοβάθμια Φροντίδα Υγείας (ΠΦΥ) και ειδικότερα στην παχυσαρκία, τον ΣΔ και το κάπνισμα. Έχει ολοκληρώσει την θεωρητική μετεκπαίδευση στη Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφορική Ψυχοθεραπεία στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης. Έχει κάνει αρκετές ομιλίες σε θέματα παχυσαρκίας σε πανελλήνια και τοπικά συνέδρια. Ενεργό μέλος της Ελληνική Ιατρική Εταιρεία Παχυσαρκία (ΕΙΕΠ) από 12ετίας.

Melxer Spyridon is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Moschato. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Palermo and completed his specialty in Pathology at the "P. Giaccone" Polyclinic in Italy. He has served as Consultant at the Internal Medicine Clinic of Euroclinic Athens and has recently been promoted to Deputy Director at the same Clinic. He specializes in the management of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and Obesity and is a collaborator of Eurodiet. He also has significant experience in Rheumatology, having been a Clinical Associate at the rheumatology outpatient clinic (Policlinico “P. Giaccone”) in Palermo, Italy. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Italian Society of Internal Medicine, and the Piraeus Medical Association.

Kalliampakos Dimitris is a Military Doctor – Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. Simultaneously, he serves as the Deputy Director at the 4th Internal Medicine Clinic of "HYGEIA" (building 2). He is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Internal Medicine at the University Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko." Subsequently, he served for several years as an attending physician at the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic of the 401 Military Hospital of Athens while also working for 8 years at the emergency outpatient medical company "SOS IATROI." Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration" and is a regular member of the Hellenic Diabetology Society. Finally, preventive medicine is thoroughly practiced in the private clinic, where rapid tests, electronic prescription, electrocardiogram, and spirometry are performed.

Roussou Maria MD, PhD is a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2009. She holds a degree and a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate specialization in "Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity" from the 2nd Propedeutic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has worked as a Specialist Scientific Collaborator and University Fellow at the Therapeutic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, engaging in clinical, teaching, research, and scientific activities. Furthermore, Dr. Roussou has participated in numerous research studies published in Greek and international conferences and journals. The internal medicine clinic was established with the aim of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment to promote health, addressing issues related to specific internal medicine disciplines, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, infections, and cardiometabolic diseases.
