She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital "Korgaleneio - Benakeio - Red Cross." Additionally, she obtained specialization in Infectious Diseases after two years of training and successful examinations. Concurrently, she holds a Master's degree from the National School of Public Health and a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has extensive research and publication experience and continuously updates herself on the latest scientific developments.

Aleksaki Sofia is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and a PhD candidate at École des Ponts ParisTech in France, with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Metabolism at Venizeleio General Hospital of Heraklion, where she further specialized in Diabetology. She also has many years of clinical and research experience in Greece, the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.
