Urologists - Andrologists

Loumpakis Polyxronis is a Urologist - Andrologist and maintains a private practice in Heraklion, Crete. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Crete and has completed postgraduate training in the Urodynamic Testing Department of the Athens Polyclinic. He has served as a Fellow at the Urology Clinic of Guy's Hospital in London, was Head of the Urodynamic Laboratory at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, and currently serves as an Attending Urologist for IKA-ETAM and OPAD, as well as a Private Urologist and Head of a Private Urodynamic Laboratory. He is a member of the European Board of Urology and has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, while also publishing his research in international and Greek scientific journals.

Dr Koskinas Nikolaos MD, PhD, FEBU is a Urologist who maintains a private practice in Corfu. He holds a doctorate from the University of Göttingen in Germany and received a scholarship for his doctoral thesis from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Hellenic Urological Association, following an evaluation by a special Committee of Professors. Furthermore, he is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, having been awarded a scholarship throughout his studies, and he is a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He specialized in Urology at the Urological and Pediatric Urology Clinic of the University of Göttingen in Germany. During his specialization, he primarily focused on Andrology and Urological Oncology, and after obtaining his specialist title, he remained there to work in interventional Endourology. The physician is an expert in andrology and infertility, urinary incontinence and urodynamics, pediatric urology, and oncological urology.

Tsakalidis Xristos is a Urologist - Andrologist who maintains a private practice in Serres, while simultaneously serving as a Scientific Collaborator at the "Agios Loukas" Clinic and the Medical Diavalkaniko Center, from its inception in 2001 to the present. He holds a postgraduate specialization degree in Endourology from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace, has completed six months of postgraduate training in urological ultrasonography, and holds a Medical degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He obtained his urology specialization at the General Hospital of Drama and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippokration." His areas of expertise include urinary incontinence, urinary tract lithiasis, cyst and kidney punctures, andrology, pediatric urology, genitourinary oncology, and gynecological urology. He has extensive experience and has performed and participated in a large number of surgeries covering the entire spectrum of urology. Finally, Dr. Tsakalidis has numerous presentations at scientific conferences and is a member of the European Association of Urology, the Endourological Society, and the American Urological Association.

Kritikos Giorgos is a Urologist-Andrologist Surgeon with a private practice in Thermi. He graduated from the Medical School of the 1st State Medical University of Saint Petersburg (I.P. Pavlov), Russia. He completed his specialty training at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Dimitrios." He has worked as an assistant physician at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Pavlos." He is a member of the Hellenic and European Urological Associations, the Medical Associations of Cyprus and Thessaloniki, and the Urological Association of Northern Greece. The doctor keeps up to date with modern medical advancements and has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Greece and abroad. His areas of expertise include andrology and infertility, urinary tract lithiasis, and diseases of the prostate, bladder, and kidneys.

Mytilinis Konstantinos is a Urological Surgeon - Andrologist who has maintained a private practice in Petroupoli since 2000. He holds a degree from the Medical School of I.M.F. University of Iasi and specializes in endoscopic urology for a wide range of urological surgical procedures. He completed his General Surgery residency at the General Hospital of Melissia "Amalia Fleming" and specialized in urology at the Urological Clinic of the Konstantopouleio Complex of Nea Ionia Hospital "Agia Olga". Additionally, he attended urodynamic patient evaluation sessions at the Urological Institute of Piraeus. To date, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at Metropolitan Hospital, Athens Bioclinic, and Euroclinic Athens, and collaborates with the Robotic Urological Surgery Department at Metropolitan Hospital. He has participated in numerous conferences and seminars aimed at continuous education in his field and has contributed to thirteen scientific publications. Finally, it is worth mentioning that he co-authored the book entitled "Achievements in Medicine at the End of the Twentieth Century," with the article "General Principles of PSA and Its Role in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer."

Stelios Xintzoglou MD, FEBU is a Urologist - DaVinci Robotic Surgeon specializing in prostate, bladder, and kidney surgery. He is fellowship trained at the largest Uro-Oncology centers in the United Kingdom over a decade. For the past 4 years, he worked as an NHS Consultant (Director level) before returning to Greece. He has performed and participated in more than one thousand robotic surgeries with a concurrent specialized clinical interest in General Urology, Prostate Hyperplasia, and Lithiasis. He has served as a Robotic Surgery trainer for fellow urologists as well as nursing staff. 

Specifically, he specialized at the University College London Hospital (UCLH), ranked 7th among the Best Specialized Urology Hospitals worldwide for 2023 and 2024 according to Newsweek magazine. He also trained at Royal Surrey Hospital, one of the leading robotic pelvic urology centers with the highest case volume in the UK, where he also worked as a Consultant. Additional clinical experience was acquired in Cambridge, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Lincoln. 

He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed his specialty training at Hippokration Hospital of Thessaloniki in 2014 before relocating to the United Kingdom. In the same year, he obtained the European Board of Urology certification (Fellow of the European Board of Urology, FEBU). 

Ο Κυριαζής Ιάσων MD, PhD, MSc, FEBU είναι Χειρουργός Ουρολόγος, Διευθυντής της ουρολογικής ομάδας Modern Urology. Έχει ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στον Χολαργό και είναι συνεργάτης του Πρότυπου Ουρολογικού Κέντρου της Κλινικής Λευκός Σταυρός - The Athens Clinic. Ο κύριος Κυριαζής εξειδικεύεται στη λαπαροσκοπική και τη ρομποτική χειρουργική στην αντιμετώπιση των όγκων του ουροποιητικού συστήματος καθώς και την ενδοσκοπική ουρολογία στην αντιμετώπιση της νεφρολιθίασης, της υπερπλασίας του προστάτη και των άλλων παθήσεων του κατώτερου ουροποιητικού. Είναι Διδάκτωρ (PhD) του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου ειδίκευσης (MSc) στην φαρμακολογία και τοξικολογία, και μέλος του κολλεγίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ουρολογικής Εταιρείας (FEBU). Αποτελεί ενεργό μέλος του Εργαστηρίου Έρευνας και Ανάπτυξης στην Ενδο-ουρολογία (Laboratory of Endourology) του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και ακαδημαϊκός υπότροφος του ίδιου Πανεπιστημίου. Σπούδασε στην ιατρική σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης. Ειδικεύτηκε στην ουρολογία στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών με έμφαση στη λαπαροσκοπική ουρολογία και την ενδο-ουρολογία υπό την επίβλεψη του Καθηγητή Ευάγγελου Λιάτσικου. Ακολούθησε μετεκπαίδευση με υποτροφία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ουρολογικής Εταιρείας στην λαπαροσκοπική και ρομποτική ουρολογία (Clinical Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery) στην Ουρολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου της Λειψίας στην Γερμανία υπό την επίβλεψη του Καθηγητή Jens Uwe Stolzenburg και μετεκπαίδευση στην ενδοουρολογία (Fellowship in Endourology) στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών, από όπου και έλαβε πιστοποίηση κλινικής επάρκειας στην ενδοουρολογία από την Παγκόσμια Ενδοουρολογική Εταιρεία (Endourological Society). Ο κος Κυριαζής είναι συγγραφέας περισσοτέρων από 75 επιστημονικών δημοσιεύσεων στα εγκυρότερα διεθνή ουρολογικά περιοδικά. Είναι τακτικός εκπαιδευτής της Ευρωπαϊκής Ουρολογικής Εταιρείας στην εύκαμπτη ουρητηροσκόπηση και τη χρήση laser και έχει συμμετάσχει στη συγγραφή των κατευθυντήριων οδηγιών για τα συμπτώματα του κατώτερου ουροποιητικού στους άνδρες (EAU Male LUTS guidelines), των κατευθυντήριων Οδηγιών σχετικά με τα Laser στην Ουρολογία (EAU Guidelines on Lasers in Urology) καθώς και στις κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες πάνω στη ρομποτική χειρουργική και στη χειρουργική "μονής οπής" (EAU Guidelines in Robotic and Single Site Surgery).
