Athanasia Kerou is a Psychologist, Researcher, and Higher Education Lecturer with several years of experience in psychological support and academic teaching in international institutions. She is currently a PhDc candidate at Pegaso International Higher Education Institution, conducting research on "Promoting knowledge about wellbeing and sustainable development in schools: The contribution of positive educational models in colleges in Greece.She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Northampton (2020–2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Strasbourg in collaboration with the Scientific College of Greece (2017–2019). Additionally, she has completed professional training in Systemic and Family Therapy at the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations (2020), enriching her multidimensional therapeutic approach.Since 2020, she has been working in private practice as a Psychologist, providing psychological support to adults, adolescents, and families. Since 2022, she has also been collaborating with the Berlin School of Business and Innovation as a Research Faculty Member and Lecturer, participating in both academic instruction and research projects with international reach.She has participated in professional development programs, including “Life Coaching, Business Coaching and Business Management” by the University of the Aegean (2020), expanding her skills in counseling and business management.Athanasia is fluent in both Greek and English, allowing her to work effectively in both local and international contexts.
