Kazasidis Kostas is a Psychotherapist with a private practice in Kypseli. He holds a degree in Sociology from Panteion University and has completed the 4-year training program in Systemic Psychotherapy at the SKEPSYS Center. Additionally, he is currently a Psychology (BSc) student at the University of Wrexham, Wales. He has been working as a Systemic Psychotherapist since 2021 and has simultaneously been involved in supporting vulnerable social groups within refugee and child protection structures. The systemic approach focuses on the individual within the context of relationships and lived experiences. Patterns shaping behavior, difficulties, and ways of connecting with others are explored. He is particularly interested in fostering self-regulation, strengthening boundaries, enhancing emotional resilience, and understanding internal conflicts often arising from past or present relational systems. Therapy is conducted within a safe, collaborative environment where individuals can process their experiences with a sense of acceptance and respect. The goal is to facilitate the emergence of new perceptions and behaviors that create space for greater personal coherence and a more balanced daily life.
