Tsentseris Mixalis is a Psychologist with private practices in Ioannina and Preveza. He is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds postgraduate degrees in Social Psychiatry - Child Psychiatry (University of Ioannina), Adult Education (Hellenic Open University), Cultural Heritage and Alternative Tourism (University of Salento - Technological Educational Institute of Epirus), as well as in European Cultural Studies. Additionally, he is specialized in the management of eating disorders and obesity as a Master Practitioner (NCfED, United Kingdom – certified by the BPS), and has completed distance learning programs in Sports Psychology in collaboration with the University of Edinburgh. His professional experience includes many years working in special education as a substitute and hourly-paid psychologist at Centers for Differential Diagnosis, Diagnosis and Support (KEDDY), Special Vocational Education and Training Laboratories (EEEEK), and special schools in Epirus. Concurrently, he has extensive involvement in adult education as a trainer and counselor at Second Chance Schools, the Institute for the Development of Continuing Vocational Training Programmes for the Employees (IDEKE), Vocational Training Institutes (DIEK), and numerous social and counseling programs. He has collaborated with public and private organizations as a scientific associate, consultant, and lecturer in European and national projects related to psychosocial support, education, and employability enhancement. Furthermore, he was a board member of the International Center for Sustainable Development (ICSD) and plays an active role in social policy and lifelong learning matters.
