 Έπειτα από επιτυχείς εξετάσεις, ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα της Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής ως ειδικευόμενος σε κλινικές Γενικής Χειρουργικής του 401 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και του 417 Νοσηλευτικού Ιδρύματος Μετοχικού Ταμείου Στρατού (ΝΙΜΤΣ).

 Συνέχισε την εξειδίκευση του στην κλινική της Πλαστικής και Επανορθωτικής Χειρουργικής του Θριασίου Νοσοκομείου, στο Λάτσειο Κέντρο Εγκαυμάτων, στη Νευροχειρουργική Κλινική του 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογική Κλινική του Θριασίου Νοσοκομείου, στην Κλινική Πλαστικής Χειρουργικής στο Selly Oak Hospital καθώς και στο Κέντρο Σαρκώματος στο Royal Orthopaedic Hospital στο Birmingham του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. Υπηρέτησε, ακολούθως, ως Υποδιοικητής στο 88 ΤΥΓ Λήμνου καθώς και Διευθυντής του Χειρουργικού τμήματος. Παράλληλα, εργάστηκε ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λήμνου.

Ολοκλήρωσε, επίσης, επιτυχώς, με βαθμό Άριστα, το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στην Ελάχιστα Επεμβατική Χειρουργική, Ρομποτική Χειρουργική & Τηλεχειρουργική, με πτυχιακή εργασία σχετικά με την Ρομποτική Αποκατάσταση του μαστού μετά από Μαστεκτομή.
