Ο Ντουντουλάκης Νεκτάριος είναι Πλαστικός και Επανορθωτικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Αθήνα. Επίσης ειδικεύθηκε στην Άκρα Χείρα (επανασυγκωλήσεις χεριών), στη Χειρουργική Εγκαυμάτων και στην Αποκατάσταση μετά από εγκαύματα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στη Λιπογλυπτική σώματος και στην Αισθητική Χειρουργική του Προσώπου κοντά στον Ιταλοβραζιλιάνο Καθηγητή Carlo Gasperoni, του οποίου υπήρξε βοηθός για πολλά έτη, όπως και στην Αποκατάσταση του μαστού μετά από Μαστεκτομή στις μεγαλύτερες σχολές της Ευρώπης. Επίσης, εξέδωσε συλλογή παραμυθιών για φιλανθρωπικό σκοπό για την ενίσχυση οργανώσεων που αφορούν παιδιά και γονείς, τις "Ρίζες", τους "Γονείς" και το "Homestat". Μέχρι και σήμερα συνεχίζει να προσφέρει τις εθελοντικές του υπηρεσίες σε διάφορες κοινωνικές δράσεις προληπτικής ιατρικής και ενημέρωσης για παιδιά και ευπαθείς κοινωνικές ομάδες. Ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα της Γενικής Χειρουργικής στη Β’ Χειρουργική Κλινική του ΓΝΑ «Γ. ΓΕΝΝΗΜΑΤΑΣ» και στη συνέχεια εκπαιδεύτηκε στην Πλαστική Χειρουργική στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο “Hadassah Medical Center" της Ιερουσαλήμ.

Εκεί, σε διάρκεια τεσσάρων ετών, εξερεύνησε και εμβάθυνε στον κόσμο της Πλαστικής, Επανορθωτικής και Αισθητικής Χειρουργικής, όπου η επιστήμη συναντά την τέχνη, αναγνωρίζοντας την ιδιαίτερη ισορροπία ανάμεσα στη χειρουργική ακρίβεια και την αισθητική αρμονία που τη χαρακτηρίζει.

Μετά το πέρας της εκπαίδευσής του, ο Δρ. Μπουρούνης επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα και απέκτησε και επίσημα τον τίτλο ειδικότητας Πλαστικής, Επανορθωτικής και Αισθητικής Χειρουργικής, έπειτα από την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση των εξετάσεων.
