Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Ειδικεύθηκε στην Παίδο-Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «Παναγιώτη & Αγλαΐας Κυριακού» και κατόπιν συνέχισε την ειδίκευσή του στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Γ.
