Τον Ιανουάριο του 2011 έλαβε το μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών (Master of Science, MSc) με θέμα «Μεταβολικά Νοσήματα των Οστών» μετά από διετή παρακολούθηση και παρουσίαση διατριβής με βαθμό «Άριστα». Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών (2003 – Εθνικό Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών) Από το 2012 αφοσιώθηκε στο ιδιαίτερο γνωστικό του αντικείμενο, τη Χειρουργική Άνω Άκρου και Άκρας Χειρός, καθώς και στις αρχές της ιατρικής επιστήμης και ηθικής, έχοντας στοχευμένη μετεκπαίδευση σε κορυφαία κέντρα του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. Διετέλεσε έμμισθος κλινικός υπότροφος (Senior Post CCT Clinical Fellow, 2015) στον τομέα της Χειρουργικής Άνω Άκρου (Upper Limb Surgery ) στο Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS, Reading, Berkshire, UK, υπό την καθοδήγηση του Professor Ofer (εμπνευστής και σχεδιαστής της ανάστροφης ολικής αρθροπλαστικής ώμου VERSO) που μαζί με τον Steve Copeland (εμπνευστής και σχεδιαστής της αρθροπλαστικής ώμου επιφανείας Copeland) αποτέλεσαν πρωτοπόρους στην Χειρουργική του Άνω Άκρου σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο . Στη συνέχεια, διετέλεσε έμμισθος κλινικός υπότροφος (Senior Post CCT Clinical Fellow, 2016) στο Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, στον τομέα της Χειρουργικής Άνω Άκρου και σύμπλοκων Αρθροπλαστικών Ώμου και Αγκώνα (Upper Limb and Complex Shoulder and Elbow Arthroplasty Surgery), υπό την καθοδήγηση των Simon Lambert και Ian Bayley (εμπνευστής και σχεδιαστής της ολικής αρθροπλαστικής ώμου Bayley Walker).

Igglezos Nikolaos is an Orthopedic Surgeon, graduate of the Medical School of Comenius University of Bratislava, and in 2024 he graduated from the Master's Program (MSc) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Metabolic Bone Diseases. He maintains an active private collaboration with Metropolitan Hospital, where he also serves as an Attending Physician. Previously, he has worked in the Third Orthopedic Clinic of Athens General Hospital KAT, in the Microsurgery and Hand Surgery Department of KAT, as well as in the Sports Injuries Department of the same hospital, gaining extensive experience in trauma and total knee and hip arthroplasty. Nikolopoulos Aleksandros MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist - Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Daphne. Εκπαιδεύτηκε αρχικά ως ειδικευόμενος στην Ορθοπαιδική κλινική του Ναυτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και ακολούθως, σε έμμισθη θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ( Specialty Registrar) για χρονικό διάστημα 5 ετών, στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και ολοκλήρωσε την εκπαίδευση του στους τομείς της τραυματιολογίας, επανορθωτικής χειρουργικής μεγάλων αρθρώσεων (αρθροπλαστική ισχίου, γόνατος και ώμου), καθώς και αθλητικών κακώσεων, παθήσεων της σπονδυλικής στήλης, σε νοσοκομεία του Λονδίνου (Stanmore RNOH, Whittington Health NHS Trust). Ιδιαίτερο αντικείμενο παράλληλης μετεκπαίδευσης του για χρονικό διάστημα 3 ετών αποτέλεσε η χειρουργική ώμου και αγκώνος, σε εξειδικευμένα κέντρα του Λονδίνου (RNOH and Spire Bushey Shoulder and Elbow Unit). Στα πλαίσια αυτά, αποτέλεσε μέλος της χειρουργικής ομάδας, ως clinical fellow, του διεθνούς φήμης χειρουργού Mr. Simon Lambert, με αντικείμενο την αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος παθήσεων του ώμου και του αγκώνος (αρθροπλαστική ώμου, επανορθωτική χειρουργική, αρθροσκοπικη αποκατάσταση) με παράλληλη ερευνητική δραστηριότητα και δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά. Ο γιατρός είναι Επιμελητής της Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής του Ναυτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών. Ο γιατρός διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Περιστέρι από το 2017 με την επωνυμία ‘’ Athens Orthopaedic Practice’’. Διαθέτει εκτεταμένη εμπειρία στη χειρουργική θεραπεία ευρέος φάσματος ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων, με περισσότερες από 4000 επεμβάσεις στο ενεργητικό του και αντικειμενική του επιδίωξη είναι η βέλτιστη και εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική προσέγγιση με τα πλέον σύγχρονα μέσα των παθήσεων και απαιτήσεων των ασθενών του. O γιατρός, εκτός από την κλινική του δραστηριότητα, συμμετέχει σε τακτική βάση σε εκπαιδευτικά σεμινάρια και διατηρεί εκτεταμένη επιστημονική δραστηριότητα με τη συγγραφή άρθρων σε διεθνούς κύρους επιστημονικά περιοδικά.

Katsougkrakis Ilias is an Orthopedic Surgeon, serving as Deputy Director of the Robotic Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital. He maintains private practices in Ilioupoli and Sparta, Laconia. After completing his specialty training, he went to the United Kingdom where he completed a postgraduate specialization program, a Fellowship, in Arthroscopic Surgery and Knee and Shoulder Arthroplasty at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, England. From 2012 to 2017, he worked as an Orthopedic Consultant in Adult and Pediatric Traumatology and Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Arthroplasty at Ealing Hospital in London and East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Novi Sad in Serbia and obtained his medical specialty title from the 6th Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas." After completing his specialty, he worked as the coordinating physician of the Parnassos Ski Center.
