Είναι σε θέση να διαχειριστεί εξειδικευμένα περιστατικά διαβητικής αμφιβληστροειδοπάθειας, ηλικιακής εκφύλισης ωχράς κηλίδας, αποφράξεων φλέβας καθώς και επεμβατικές διαδικασίες όπως ενδοϋαλοειδικές εγχύσεις φαρμάκων, φωτοδυναμική θεραπεία, φωτοπηξία αμφιβληστροειδούς.
