Κωνσταντάρας, 2007. Τέλος αποτελεί μέλος 10 ελληνικών και διεθνών εταιρειών, και είναι αντιπρόεδρος του ΔΣ της ΩΡΛ Εταιρείας Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου Αθηνών.

Ο Κωνσταντίνος Χουλάκης είναι Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος (MD, MSc, FEB ORL-HNS) και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Ιλίσια. Έχει ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στην ειδικότητα της ΩΡΛ και Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Γ. Γεννηματάς». She completed postgraduate studies at the Medical Department of the University of Athens in the field of "Global Health and Disaster Management." Additionally, she specialized in General Surgery at the Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Preveza and received training in the Cardiology, Surgical, and Internal Medicine Clinics of the General Hospital of Agrinio.
