Επιπλέον, έκανε μετεκπαίδευση στην Πλαστική Χειρουργική Προσώπου στο Πανεπιστήμιο UIC, Chicago, USA και  με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στην επανορθωτική ρινοπλαστική . Η δρ. Κυπραίου είναι η πρώτη διπλωματούχος στην Ελλάδα του International Board for Certification Πλαστικής & Επανορθωτικής Προσώπου. Είναι ομιλήτρια, σε πολλά συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό με θέματα κυρίως νέες τεχνικές  ρινοπλαστικής  και εξελίξεις στη χειρουργική ρινικού διαφράγματος . Dr. Med. Papaspyrou Konstantinos is an Otolaryngologist maintaining his private practice in Pangrati.
