Ο Λιόλιος Βασίλειος είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Αποφοίτησε από την ιατρική σχολή του Αριστοτέλειου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και το 2008 ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται ως ειδικευόμενος οφθαλμολογίας στο Wirral Teaching Hospital στο Liverpool και μετέπειτα και σε άλλα δημόσια πανεπιστημιακά νοσοκομεία της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας ως και το 2013, όταν και έλαβε τον Τίτλο Ειδικότητας Οφθαλμολογίας.
