Evangelia Tsavdari is an energy healer, teacher and has been trained as a mental health counsellor. In 2017, she founded Panastron and has been its administrator ever since. Her work as an energy healer is carried out in personal sessions, while she also assists in teaching the Energy Healing classes of The Etheric Academy. Nevertheless, she remains a trainee herself furthering her education in Esoteric Healing as part of The Etheric Academy's postgraduate class, "The Way of the Healer". Evangelia, also holds a postgraduate title for her contribution in The Etheric Project's research regarding the structure and function of the human energy body.

She further teaches Panastron's meditation training classes, "The Science of Meditation" and "The Art of Thinking". She started practising meditation in 2000, and in 2003 she joined the first meditation training group of which she has been a member. Her work along this line continues uninterrupted until today. She offers personal meditation sessions for those who wish to meditate and be instructed how to do it, but cannot afford the time to join a training group.

In 2017, Evangelia completed her studies in mental health counselling in Synthesis, in the Psychoenergy direction.

Evangelia has a keen interest on the continuing revelation of the structure, composition, and healthy function of the human energy body, ot the role it plays in a person's interaction with their environment, and its implication in the processes of disease, healing, and the safeguarding and restoration of psychosomatic health.

Alatsi Xristina is an Alternative Therapist as well as a Mental Health Counselor, Psychotherapist, and Hypnotherapist. She performs alternative therapies which, combined with Integrative Psychotherapy, constitute a holistic approach to addressing various issues. She has completed her studies with Excellent grades in Integrative Counseling and Psychology as well as Clinical Hypnosis at OLON Education - KDBM1, Institute of Academic and Professional Studies. Additionally, she holds a with Distinction Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from Amsterdam International College. Within the framework of alternative therapies, she has also attended and successfully passed the annual seminar on Anatomy - Physiology - Pathology with a Holistic approach, receiving a written examination grade of Excellent. Furthermore, she has been trained in Bach Flower Remedies, Auricular Neuroreflexology Method, and Gua Sha. She is a member of the charitable association Anixi and the Social Solidarity Network - Syn-Yparxi.
