Ασκήθηκε στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραιά «Τζάνειο». Ειδικεύτηκε στη Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογία, στην Α’ Μαιευτική - Γυναικολογική κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο «Αλεξάνδρα», και εξειδικεύτηκε στο τμήμα Μαστού, στο ίδιο νοσοκομείο. Υπηρέτησε ως ειδικευμένος χειρουργός μαστού στο τμήμα Μαστού της Α’ Μαιευτικής - Γυναικολογικής κλινικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Διαθέτει πιστοποίηση Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics από την American Academy of Family Physicians και πιστοποίηση IBUS - Breast Imaging School - Multimodality Breast Imaging and Image-Guided Interventions Course, Detection, Diagnosis, Management από την Scientific Society of Mastology. Συμμετέχει ενεργά σε πλήθος συνεδρίων και σεμιναρίων στα πλαίσια της συνεχούς κατάρτισης και έχει πραγματοποιήσει αρκετές επιστημονικές δημοσιεύσεις. Panagiotis Peitsidis is an Obstetrician - Gynecologist who maintains his private medical practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens.
