He holds a medical degree and completed a postgraduate program in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery in Gynecology at Stanford University in the United States of America. He has specialized in cervical pathology. Additionally, he is the author of the first global book on robotic surgery in gynecology and endometriosis by C. Nezhat. Furthermore, he has served as a trainer in robotic and laparoscopic surgery for other physicians at the World Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery Congress in New York, USA, and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.
