Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Ο Μιχαλίτσης Μάρκος είναι Γενικός Ιατρός - Οικογενειακός Ιατρός - Ιατρός Εφαρμογής Βελονισμού και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην περιοχή της Γιάννουλης στην Λάρισα. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρική Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Συνέχισε με το αγροτικό του στο ΚΥ Αγιάς και έλαβε την ειδικότητα του στο Κουτλιμπάνειο και Τριανταφύλλειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Λάρισας.

Έχει απασχοληθεί σε αρκετές θέσεις κυρίως στον ιδιωτικό τομέα όπως παιδικές κατασκηνώσεις, νευρολογικές κλινικές, υπηρεσίες ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης, υπηρεσίες τηλεϊατρικής καθώς και τουριστικής ιατρικής. Υπήρξε επίσης συνεργάτης στην μονάδα μεσογειακής αναιμίας του Γενικού νοσοκομείου Λάρισας. Απέκτησε εμπειρία με εργασία ενός χρόνου στο σύστημα υγείας της Σουηδίας, βλέποντας τόσο τα θετικά όσο και τα αρνητικά ενός διαφορετικού συστήματος υγείας που στηρίζεται στην πρόληψη και στην πρωτοβάθμια περίθαλψη.

Η πίστη του στην ολιστική προσέγγιση και θεραπεία τον οδήγησε στην κατάκτηση διπλώματος Ιατρού εφαρμογής Βελονισμού στο ερευνητικό και εκπαιδευτικό ινστιτούτο βελονισμού Ελλάδος στην Θεσσαλονίκη και μετεκπαίδευση του στον Ιατρικό Βελονισμό στο Πεκίνο. Ο γιατρός πραγματοποιεί επίσης online συνεδρίες, βιντεοκλήσεις, κατ' οίκον επισκέψεις, συνταγογραφήσεις και παρακολούθηση χρόνιων νόσων.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Christiana Pardali is an Internist – Infectious Disease Specialist with a private practice located in Exarchia, Athens. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and later specialized in Internal Medicine in Germany (Hospital Zum Heiligen Geist, Geseke), completing her residency at Alexandra General Hospital in Athens.

Since 2018, she has been working as a Consultant in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases at the 3rd Infectious Diseases Department of Hygeia Hospital. Since 2024, she also offers comprehensive outpatient care for internal medicine and infectious disease conditions at her private office.

Fragkakis Emmanouil MD is a Specialist in Internal Medicine with a private practice in Chania. He holds a specialty title in Internal Medicine with additional training in Emergency Prehospital Medicine. In 2009, he graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and subsequently completed his military service after serving in the 1st Paratrooper Squadron in 2010. In 2012, he was a member of "Doctors of the World," participating in the clinics of the city of Chania, and from 2013 to 2023, he was involved in the Social Clinic - Solidarity Pharmacy of Chania. He obtained the title of Specialist in Internal Medicine, completing his specialty in 2018, and since then, he has been practicing at the Private General Clinic Gavrilakis "IASIS," managing the Internal Medicine department and practicing clinical medical pathology.
