Orthodontiko Paidodontiko Iatreio Kourakou Maria - Tasios Thomas - Sunshine Smiles is located in Piraeus. The scientific directors of the clinic are Tasios Thomas and Kourakou Maria.

Tasios Thomas was admitted to the School of Dentistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2005 as a scholarship recipient from IKY with the highest entrance score. During his studies, he was awarded a merit-based scholarship due to his academic performance. He graduated in 2010 and in 2011 was immediately accepted into the orthodontic department of Marmara University in Istanbul. Upon completion of the four-year program, he earned the title of Master of Science and subsequently, after examinations, obtained the orthodontic specialty certification from KESY of the Hellenic Ministry of Health. Since 2015, he has been practicing orthodontics in the Netherlands and since 2018 has been the director of the specialized Orthodontic Clinic Top Ortho in Hengelo, Netherlands, where he is responsible for hundreds of new smiles each year. He performs treatments spanning the full spectrum of orthodontics (surgical cases, tooth autotransplantations, etc.) using both traditional methods and modern techniques such as clear aligners. From 2017 to 2019, he attended the English-language postgraduate program (MSc) Medical Resource Methodology at the Faculty of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His postgraduate thesis, conducted in collaboration with the dental schools of Thessaloniki and Zurich, received the award for best publication from the Orthodontic Society of Northern Greece. He is a member of international and national scientific societies such as the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), the European Orthodontic Society (EOS), the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO), and the Hellenic Society of Orthodontics and Craniofacial Research and Study.

Iliopoulos Nikitas is a Dental Surgeon, graduate of the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, member of the Dental Associations of Athens and Great Britain, and operates privately in Nea Ionia, Attica. He has received advanced training in Implantology at New York University - College of Dentistry, CDE. The dentist has extensive experience in aesthetic dentistry, especially cases involving tooth restorations, replacement of amalgam fillings with resin, and teeth whitening. He has participated in all conferences of the Dental Association of Athens and is fully updated on all the latest developments in dentistry. Finally, the dentist continues to participate in theoretical and practical seminars to this day.

Xatzigianni Aggeliki is a Dental Surgeon and operates a private dental practice in Cholargos. She studied at the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she has also served as a Scientific Collaborator for several years. She has many years of experience and specializes in aesthetic dentistry, tooth whitening, and dental fillings.

Kotinas Anastasios is a Specialist Orthodontist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. The doctor has extensive professional experience in Greece and abroad, specifically in Edinburgh, and has managed cases spanning the entire spectrum of orthodontic science using all techniques (Edgewise, Ricketts, Tip-Edge) with an emphasis on Straight-Wire. Currently, in his private practice, he primarily practices orthodontics using the Straight-Wire technique combined with removable appliances, functional devices, extraoral appliances, mini-screws, and clear aligners such as Clear Aligner. Additionally, the orthodontist has published articles in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and participates in conferences and seminars to stay updated with developments in his field.

Mauridopoulou Maria is a Dental Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Nea Ionia. She is a graduate of the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a specialization in Aesthetic Dentistry and Teeth Whitening. Beyond her dental practice, she has gained valuable experience in her field as a volunteer dentist in the Dental Department of the Hellenic Navy. Additionally, she is a member of the Athens Dental Association and has attended over 30 seminars related to her specialty to stay updated with advancements in her field and to continuously develop professionally.

Drakomathioulaki Xrysanthi is a Dentist and operates a private clinic in Ilioupoli. She graduated from the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and from the Dental Technology School of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and Helsinki. She possesses valuable professional experience, having worked in numerous private dental practices throughout her career. Today, her clinic provides the full spectrum of modern dentistry for adults, children, and adolescents. Ksenidou Eleni is a Dentist who has maintained a private practice in Petroupoli since 2013. Mantalias Dimitrios DDS is a Dentist who maintains private practices in Arta and Agia Paraskevi, Attica. Finally, he is a member of the Dental Association of Attica, the Hellenic Dental Society, the International Team for Implantology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Orale Implantologie, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Implantologie.

Kappas Antonios is a Dentist who maintains a private practice in Sepolia.
