Έχει ολοκληρώσει το Εισαγωγικό Σεμινάριο Ψυχανάλυσης του Ινστιτούτου Κλασικής Ψυχανάλυσης, καθώς και πιστοποιημένα προγράμματα επιμόρφωσης στη Νοητική Ενδυνάμωση, τις Πρώτες Βοήθειες Ψυχικής Υγείας και στο Πρόγραμμα Προσωπικής Ανάπτυξης “Συλλογικό Ευ Ζην” (Ε.Π.Ι.Ψ.Υ.).

Κατά την επαγγελματική της πορεία έχει συνεργαστεί με φορείς ψυχικής υγείας και κοινωφελείς οργανισμούς, παρέχοντας ψυχολογική υποστήριξη και ενδυνάμωση σε άτομα με χρόνιες ψυχικές δυσκολίες και σε ευάλωτες κοινωνικές ομάδες, δίνοντας έμφαση στη συνέπεια, την εμπιστοσύνη και την ενσυναίσθηση ως βασικά στοιχεία της θεραπευτικής σχέσης.
