Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Ο χώρος είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και σχεδιασμένος ώστε να προσφέρει εξατομικευμένη, ασφαλή και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη θεραπευτική προσέγγιση σε μυοσκελετικά,ορθοπαιδικά και νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και σε αθλητικές κακώσεις και μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Εξειδικεύεται στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στη θεραπευτική άσκηση, στη μέθοδο McKenzie για προβλήματα σπονδυλικής στήλης, στο Manual Therapy, στο Taping και στις τεχνικές IASTM-ERGON.Η φιλοσοφία του Arthrokinetics βασίζεται στη λεπτομερή αξιολόγηση, στην εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση και στη διαρκή παρακολούθηση της προόδου, με έμφαση στη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και στην ενεργή συμμετοχή του ασθενή στη θεραπεία του.Στο Arthrokinetics Physio Center, η επιστημονική εξειδίκευση συνδυάζεται με σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις αποκατάστασης με επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και σεβασμό.

Physio Quality Darra Xrysanthi - Georganas Konstantinos is a physiotherapy center located in Pallini. The Scientific Directors are the Physiotherapist Darra Xrysanthi and the Physiotherapist Georganas Konstantinos. Darra Xrysanthi is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of TEI Athens. She has experience working for several years in physiotherapy centers, and in recent years has been providing home treatments for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, while also working as a Pilates Instructor in a gym. Georganas Konstantinos is a graduate of Physiotherapy from TEI Lamia and has been trained in manual therapy and dry needling. He has extensive experience having worked in physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers and offers home treatment services. In the modern facility of Physio Quality, they professionally manage cases of musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions, thanks to their specialized expertise.

Lampadinos Petros is a Physiotherapist and operates his private physiotherapy center in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica (formerly A-TEI Athens). His career choice stemmed from a deep passion for sports and an intrinsic need to help people improve their health and functionality. Throughout his professional career, he has gained experience both in clinical settings and through home physiotherapy sessions, providing personalized care with responsibility and consistency. He is characterized by reliability, honesty, and accountability, while his communicative and positive approach contributes to building trusting relationships with patients. His philosophy is based on a holistic and patient-centered rehabilitation model, where the needs and goals of each patient are a priority. His aim is to inspire and guide individuals to overcome their functional limitations, improving their quality of life, while continuous learning and development are fundamental elements of his professional journey.

He studied Medicine and Physiotherapy at Charles University in Prague. He has served as the Clinical Supervisor for final-year physiotherapy students at Charles University, specializing in Rheumatology. He contributed to the writing of the book "Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery" for the World Congress of Liver Surgery held in Athens.

He maintains his private Physiotherapy practice in Agia Paraskevi. He specializes in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, and Physiotherapeutic Assessment & Rehabilitation, providing personalized treatments.

Iatriki Askisi is based in Argyroupoli and Agia Paraskevi. Operating with responsibility for over 15 years, they provide solutions for patients, caregivers, and society. Their principles are consistency and respect towards the patient. The effectiveness of their programs is based on the human-centered nature of their team, medical guidance, highly trained staff, as well as the modern operational facilities of the Center. Their primary concern is improving the quality of life of patients. Consequently, they focus on the individual needs of each person, designing an appropriate, personalized treatment program. Their goal is the rapid return to daily activities in the areas of sports, work, and family. They address neurological conditions (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological support), orthopedic conditions (physiotherapy and specialized departments for the shoulder, knee, spine, hand, pelvis, hips, ankle, foot), while also operating special departments for tendinitis, vertigo, pain - spasticity, pediatric - sports department, and acupuncture department. Louvaris Ioannis is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Agia Paraskevi. He studied Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece in Lamia and holds a Pilates Mat & Equipment certification from the Professional Trainers' Model School StadiumPro. Subsequently, he completed postgraduate studies in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Salford in Manchester. Additionally, he possesses a Pedagogical and Teaching Proficiency certificate from A.S.PAI.TE. He completed his internship at the Attikon General Hospital KAT, gaining significant clinical experience, and has worked in private physiotherapy centers.
