His scientific interests include behavioral techniques for practicing dentistry in uncooperative children and adolescents. He speaks English and French. He is a member of the Athens Dental Association and the Hellenic Pediatric Dentistry Society, and his articles have been published in Greek and international scientific journals.

Dentist Sofia Panagiotaki has specialization and experience in treating children, having served for 3 years as a Second-Level Consultant at the General Children’s Hospital "Agia Sofia," where she gained experience in managing emergency cases such as dental trauma and dental abscesses, as well as implementing preventive dental care programs for children with complex medical histories. Από το 2007 έως το 2009 ειδικεύθηκε στην Παιδοδοντία στο Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine και ασχολήθηκε με παιδιά με αυτισμό και άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες ως μέρος της ειδικότητάς της.
