Dr. Petros Georgouleas is a surgeon-urologist, graduate of the Medical School of Athens, trained and further educated in Sweden where he lived and worked from 2008 to 2022.
Since 2016, he has served as Deputy Director of the Endourology and Lithiasis Treatment Department at the University Urology Clinic of Örebro, one of the largest and most distinguished urology clinics in Sweden, renowned for its excellent operation and high level of urological care provided. This experience enabled the physician to acquire expertise in managing all urological diseases.
He has specialized in the treatment of urinary system lithiasis, having performed a large number of surgeries, as well as in the most advanced methods of diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer (fusion transperineal prostate biopsy), where he held a training role within the Swedish healthcare system.
Since the summer of 2022, he has been Deputy Director at the Athens Medical Center.
Simultaneously, he works at his private practice in Neos Kosmos, attending to cases involving the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of urinary system disorders in men and women, as well as disorders of the male reproductive system.
