Kosmas Vasileios is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has maintained a private practice since 2014. He was born in Agrinio in 1983, where he also grew up. In 2001, he was admitted to the Military School of Officer Corps (S.S.A.S.) in the Department of Dentistry. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2007 and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Air Force. From October 2011 to October 2014, he pursued his postgraduate studies in Germany in the field of Oral Surgery as a resident at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery of Albert-Ludwigs Universität Freiburg under the supervision of Professor Prof. Dr. Dr. Rainer Schmelzeisen.

On 25/2/2015, following state examinations at the Landeszahnärztekammer Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart, Germany, he obtained the title "Fachzahnarzt für Oralchirurgie" (Specialized Dentist in Oral Surgery/Oral Surgeon).
