Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε για 9 χρόνια, εκ των οποίων 7 χρόνια ως Επιμελητής Α´ και τα 2 τελευταία χρόνια ως Αναπληρωτής Διευθυντής, σε νοσοκομεία της Γερμανίας. Πιο αναλυτικά, από το 2016-2019 στην ακαδημαϊκή γυναικολογική Κλινική Lüdenscheid του πανεπιστημίου της Βόννης, όπου εργάστηκε ως Επιμελητής Α´ και απέκτησε τον τίτλο της Προχωρημένης Ελάχιστα Επεμβατικής Χειρουργικής (MIC IΙ) και παράλληλα συνέχισε την μετεκπαίδευση του στην Γυναικολογική Ογκολογία και Ουρογυναικολογία. Συνέχισε την καριέρα ως Eπιμελητής Α´, στην πανεπιστημιακή γυναικολογική Κλινική Marien Hospital Witten, ως υπεύθυνος των αναγνωρισμένων κέντρων του εν λόγω νοσοκομείου σύμφωνα με τα γερμανικά πρότυπα: Γυναικολογικής Ογκολογίας και Κολποσκόπησης, Ενδοσκοπικής χειρουργικής, Ουρογυναικολογίας καθώς και κέντρο Κυήσεων υψηλού κινδύνου. Η εξειδίκευση του ιατρού περιλαμβάνει τον επεμβατικό υπέρηχο μαστού με μεγάλη πείρα στην βιοψία, που γίνεται με βελόνα καθοδηγούμενη με υπέρηχο, την παρακολούθηση ασθενών υπό χημειοθεραπεία για τον καθορισμό της ανταπόκρισης, την παροχή χημειοθεραπείας, την χειρουργική καλοήθων όγκων, την χειρουργική του καρκίνου του μαστού, με ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα στην ογκοπλαστική τεχνική χειρουργικής και στην επανορθωτική χειρουργική. Επέβλεπε ογκολογικές μελέτες του κέντρου μαστού και είχε την κλινική μέριμνα για τους ασθενείς, που συμμετείχαν σε αυτές. Διηύθυνε για μία δεκαετία τα εξωτερικά ιατρεία του κέντρου μαστού, επιφορτισμένα με την αποκατάσταση και την αισθητική χειρουργική του μαστού, την λιποαναρρόφηση και την μεταμόσχευση λίπους. Συμμετείχε, επίσης, σε πληθώρα ογκολογικών συμβουλίων, όπου παγιώθηκε η αντίληψη οτι η μόνη προσέγγιση που διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα της ογκολογικής θεραπείας είναι η πολύπλευρη αντιμετώπιση του καρκίνου μέσω της αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας των ιατρικών ειδικοτήτων. Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στην μακροπρόθεσμη παρακολούθηση, γνωστή και ως ”follow-up”, ογκολογικών ασθενών, την οποία θεωρεί ιδιαίτερα σημαντική, για την έγκαιρη διάγνωση και θεραπεία πιθανών υποτροπών. Έχει συγγράψει μελέτες και επιστημονικά άρθρα σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά για την ογκοπλαστική, την χειρουργική καλοήθων όγκων και τον τρόπο χρήσης και εφαρμογής της λιποαναρρόφησης και της μεταμόσχευσης λίπους στην χειρουργική του μαστού. Τέλος, συμμετέχει  τακτικά σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια και ημερίδες ως εισηγητής και ομιλητής καθώς και σε σεμινάρια που απευθύνονται σε ογκολογικούς ασθενείς.

Karioti Paraskeui is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and PhD candidate at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a private practice in the Depot area of Thessaloniki. She studied Medicine at the School of Health Sciences of the University of Crete. Subsequently, she specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the 3rd Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she later served as a Volunteer Scientific Collaborator, a position she holds to this day. Finally, the doctor specializes in gynecological-obstetric surgery, monitoring of low- and high-risk pregnancies, as well as colposcopy.
