Πρέπει να πάρω αντιβίωση για κολοβακτηρίδιο αν δεν έχω ενοχλήσεις;
Καλημέρα! Λόγω ήπιας ενόχλησης στην ουροδόχο κύστη έκανα Γενική και Καλλιέργεια ούρων. Η γενική ούρων έδειξε μόνο αρκετούς Μικροοργανισμούς και καθόλου Πυοσφαίρια και Ερυθρά, Νιτρώδη Αρνητικά. Στην καλλιέργεια αναπτύχθηκε κολοβακτηρίδιο 10η εις την 5η με Αντιβιόγραμμα κινολόνες ευαίσθητες, Ampicillin -Carbenicillin-Ticarcillin Ανθεκτικά, Cefuroxime ME, Υπόλοιπες Κεφαλοσπορίνες Ευαίσθητες. Να τονίσω ότι κάνω μία με δύο ουρολοιμώξεις το χρόνο εδώ και 15 χρόνια. Η ερώτηση είναι, αφού δεν έχω ιδιαίτερες ενοχλήσεις πρέπει να πάρω αντιβίωση κατά τη γνώμη σας? Αυτή τη στιγμή παίρνω συμπληρώματα D-Mannose και Κράνμπερι που βοηθάνε αρκετά. Και επίσης τι να κάνω που έχω τόσο συχνές ουρολοιμώξεις..?
