Μπορεί να έχει γίνει λάθος στη διάγνωση ουρολοίμωξης με staphylococcus coagulase negative;
Μου βρήκαν ουρολοίμωξη στο νοσοκομείο με το μικρόβιο staphylococcus coagulase negative 80.000 cfu/ml και θετική καλλιέργεια ούρων. Το έψαξα και βρήκα ότι δεν είναι το σύνηθες για ουρολοίμωξη. Παίρνω την tavanic γιατί έχω αλλεργίες γενικά. Πιστεύετε ότι μπορεί να έχει γίνει λάθος;

Ισχύει ότι περίπου το 80% των ουρολοιμώξεων οφείλεται στο κολοβακτηρίδιο. Αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν μπορεί να απομονωθεί στην καλλιέργεια ούρων κάποιο άλλο μικρόβιο. Εφόσον έχει απομονωθεί ένας μόνος τύπος μικροβίου και σε αυτή την ανάπτυξη δεν θεωρώ ότι υπάρχει ενδεχόμενο λάθος του εργαστηρίου .
