Ουρολοίμωξη και υπόταση σε νευρογενή κύστη: επιπτώσεις και θεραπεία
Καλησπέρα. Ο σύζυγος μου είχε πριν το Πάσχα ουρολοιμωξη, την οποία δεν γνώριζε γιατί έχει νευρογενη κύστη. Μετά το Πάσχα εμφάνισε πυρετο και αστάθεια, ζαλη και πτώσεις. Ανακαλύψαμε ότι έχει υπόταση.. του δόθηκε ciproxin. Mέσα σε διάστημα 5 μηνών έκανε 3 φορές ουρολοιμώξεις ( μετά την πρωτη ουρολοιμωξη ο γιατρος του εδωσε διαλλειποντες καθετηριασμούς. Του χορηγείται κάθε φορά ciproxin, αλλά έχω παρατηρήσει ότι με την αντιβιωση δεν μπορεί να περπατήσει και έχει κλειστεί στο σπίτι με αποτέλεσμα να πάθει κατάθλιψη.

Καλημέρα ,το πιο απλό είναι να αλλάξει ο Ιατρός την αντιβίωση .Ενδεχομένως να χρειάζεται πιο λεπτομερής κλινικοεργαστηριακη διερεύνηση.
