Γιατί η θεραπεία μυκοπλάσματος στο σπέρμα περιλαμβάνει μόνο doxycycline και όχι moxifloxacin;

Καλησπέρα σας. Βρέθηκε μυκόπλασμα στην καλλιέργεια σπέρματος. Έχω κάνει τουλάχιστον 5 θεραπείες με αντιβιοτικά και ακόμα δεν έχει φύγει. Διαβάζω στο ίντερνετ πως η θεραπεία σύμφωνα με τις ευρωπαϊκές οδηγίες είναι doxycycline και moxifloxacin αλλά οι ιατροί μου συνταγογραφούν μόνο doxycycline. Θα ήθελα την γνώμη σας !
