Εξέταση για χλαμύδια: IgG αρνητικό, IgM θετικό - Χρειάζεται θεραπεία;
Καλημερα εκανα εξαιτασεις για χλαμυδια, το IgG βγηκε αρνητικο και το IgM θετικο, σημαινει αυτο πως εχω την λοιμωξη και πρεπει να προχωρησω σε θεραπεια?

Το αντίσωμα IgG, υποδηλώνει παλιά λοίμωξη, ενώ το αντίσωμα IgM, πρόσφατη λοίμωξη. Συνεπώς, βάσει των παραπάνω,ναι θα πρέπει να προχωρήσετε άμεσα σε θεραπεία.
